Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order.

To request a return or cancellation, please submit your request through your account under Orders and provide a reason for your return.

Effects of Withdrawal

Once we receive and review your return request, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier).

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for returning the goods. Please ensure items are securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
