1. General These terms apply to all purchases made through philio (philio-2.myshopify.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. philio is based in the Netherlands.

2. Products We offer premium underwear for men and women. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (BTW) as required by Dutch law. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are binding once confirmed by email. We accept [list your accepted payment methods, e.g. iDEAL, credit card, Klarna]. philio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Shipping We ship to 2 countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht) Under Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info.philio2025@gmail.com Returned items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using your original payment method. note that it can take more time by prossesing by the bank

8. Privacy We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).

9. Complaints If you have a complaint, please contact us at info.philio2025@gmail.com We aim to respond within 5 business days. 

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law.
